| Full-Time Positions: |
Foreman II/Arborist
Foreman II/Arborist position is responsible for providing leadership within an assigned area. This work requires physical endurance and strength and is conducted in all types of weather. Oversees the performance of City tree maintenance activities and/or grounds keeping activities. Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing and treating trees for disease and pest problems. Assists customers with tree related complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Performs specialized pruning and removal of tree limbs. Assists Manager with special projects such as Arbor Day ceremony, Tree City USA and tree inventory.
Works with DOT maintenance inspector to ensure proper Right of Way clearances over state roadways and sidewalks and maintains proper clearances over City roadways and sidewalks as outlined in City Code.
Certified ISA arborist with experience in a leadership role working in the tree maintenance industry. High school diploma required with a minimum of four (4) years experience in landscape maintenance. Knowledge of plants and grounds maintenance practices, pesticides and fertilizers, ANSI A300 pruning practices and the operation and use of a 60 ft. aerial boom truck.
Driver's License Requirement: Valid Florida Driver's License Classification B with air.

Custodian
Part-time routine but varied manual work involving the custodial care of buildings and premises located throughout the City. Responsible for cleaning and ensuring the facilities, including public restrooms, are in an orderly condition in accordance with required City standards. Areas and hours will be varied based on staffing needs. Must be able to handle a changing schedule and available to fill in on short notice. High school diploma, one-year experience in custodial work, background check required. Weekends and holidays are required.
